MARCH Events

There is a whole lot to enjoy in the month of March, and Old Town Actors Studio has a variety of activities that are sure to please!!!

Shakespeare’s most farcical comedy comes to the stage as Old Town Actors Studio presents THE COMEDY OF ERRORS. This side-splitting comedy tells the story of two sets of identical twins that were accidentally separated at birth. Antipholus of Syracuse and his servant, Dromio of Syracuse, arrive in Ephesus, which turns out to be the home of their twin brothers, Antipholus of Ephesus and his servant, Dromio of Ephesus. When the Syracusans encounter the friends and families of their twins, a series of wild mishaps based on mistaken identities lead to wrongful beatings, the arrest of Antipholus of Ephesus, wild accusations, and hilarious fun!  This wonderful cast highlights the talents of Lisa Hammond, Natalie Keezer, Joseph B. Haney, Philip Shepherd, Andrew Katseanas, Dusty Heyrend, Lauren Bernal, Ron Clapp, and Jamie Romine-Gabardi.  Please join us March 12, 13, 15, 19, and 20th at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are only $10.00!!!  Call 478-6886 to reserve your tickets today!!!

Children’s Cookie Reader’s Theatre – The Luck of the Irish – Mar. 13th, wtih two show times:  11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.  St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner and OTAS would love to celebrate this festive holiday with you.  Come enjoy some tall-tales of michevious faries, legendary Irish giants, and a king with a huge secret!!!  Tickets are only $3.00 or get 2 tickets for $5.00.  Included with this price is the energetic, entertaining show (starring Omar Raudez, Emily Kvamme, Emily Evans, and Victor Gomez), a cookie treat, and a color me-in page/program.  Seating is limited so call today to reserve your family tickets for this holiday bash!!!  478-6886.

HooHaw Female Improv Troupe - Mar. 26 at 7:30 p.m.  Old Town Actors Studio resident improv troupe is here to entertain you once more.  This all female improv troupe consists of Angeline Underwood, Natalie Keezer, Tracy Mull, Lauren Bernal, and Bridget Close.  Be prepared to be amazed by their quick thinking, witty dialogue, and to leave with your sides aching!!!

Zygote a two person Improv Troupe will premier at Old Town Actors Studio  Mar. 27th at 7:30 p.m.  Be delighted by the fast wit and hilarious stylings of Tracy Mull and Keith Foster.
